Proximate Opportunity Limited, trading as Proxtunity, operates an online platform designed to connect job seekers with employers, facilitate recruitment and placement, provide on-the-job training when required, and ensure ongoing monitoring through weekly employer check-ins. Proxtunity does not guarantee employment but serves as a bridge between workers and businesses.

All users must register by providing accurate, complete, and updated information. Employers and employees are responsible for safeguarding their account details and are fully accountable for all activities conducted under their accounts. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of accounts.

Employers agree to pay Proxtunity a service fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the monthly stipend or salary paid to their employees. This fee is paid directly by the employer and is never deducted from the employee's earnings. Employers also agree to pay employees promptly, provide accurate job descriptions, comply with fair recruitment practices, and conduct weekly check-ins to verify performance.

Job Seekers are expected to provide truthful information, perform their duties diligently, and participate in required training when necessary.

All users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, posting misleading information, engaging in discrimination or harassment, or attempting to bypass the platform by avoiding agreed service fees. Any violation of these obligations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Proxtunity is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users, nor are we liable for disputes between employers and employees. We shall not be held accountable for financial loss, workplace misconduct, or damages arising from employment relationships formed through the platform. Our role remains that of an intermediary, ensuring smooth connections and fair practices between both parties.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if a user breaches these terms. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
