Job Overview Ibukun Oluwa Bread is seeking an experienced, hardworking, and physically fit Male Baker to lead production operations at our bakery situated at Bamimore House, along Gbawojo Area, Saki. This position requires hands-on baking expertise, night-shift dedication, and the skill to consistently produce high-quality loaves. If you have solid practical experience in dough mixing, molding, proofing, and commercial oven management, this role offers a steady and reliable income. Key Responsibilities • Dough Preparation & Mixing: Accurately measure, scale, and mix ingredients according to standard bakery formulas and batch sizes. • Molding & Shaping: Cut, weigh, roll, and mold dough into exact loaf weights and shapes efficiently. • Oven Operation & Baking: Monitor proofing stages and manage oven heat to ensure bread is evenly baked to perfection in texture, color, and taste. • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness across baking trays, mixing equipment, work tables, and ovens before and after production. • Batch Quality Control: Minimize flour and ingredient wastage while ensuring all finished loaves meet company quality standards. Requirements & Qualifications • Practical Experience (Mandatory): Proven hands-on experience working in a commercial bakery. • Must understand the entire baking process from dough prep to final output. • Education: Formal qualifications are not required—your practical baking capability and speed are what matter most. • Gender: Male (due to heavy physical labor and overnight shift requirements). • Stamina & Shift Commitment: Excellent physical strength and endurance to handle a 12-hour shift (12:00 AM to 12:00 PM) in a warm bakery environment. • Punctuality: Strict adherence to the midnight (12:00 AM) resumption time so early morning baking targets are consistently met. Important Security Notice: • As a night-shift role with direct handling of commercial inventory and production facilities, the successful candidate must complete the Proxtunity Statutory Guarantor legal verification process before beginning work.
