Job Overview Teeenergy Solar Solutions is seeking a bright, energetic, and highly confident Office Attendant to run daily operations at our solar energy retail shop. In this role, you will be the face of the business - welcoming walk-in clients, explaining our renewable energy products, and driving retail sales. We are looking for an individual who isn't afraid to approach customers, has an assertive personality, and can maintain meticulous sales and inventory records. Key Responsibilities: ● In-Shop Sales: Actively engage with walk-in customers to pitch and sell solar panels, deep-cycle batteries, inverters, charge controllers, and other solar accessories. ● Customer Education: Confidently explain the benefits, specifications, and basic functionality of our solar equipment to potential buyers. ● Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain a clear, up-to-date written or digital log of all daily sales, customer deposits, and cash/transfer balances. ● Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of equipment and notify management when high-demand items need restocking. ● Office Management: Ensure the showroom floor, product display units, and desk space are kept clean, organized, and professional at all times. Requirements & Qualifications ● Education: Minimum of SSCE or OND in any field. ● Key Trait (Confidence): Must be outspoken, self-assured, and possess strong persuasion skills to convince customers to buy. ● Numeracy Skills: Good with simple arithmetic to ensure error-free billing, change calculations, and ledger keeping. ● Communication: Fluent in English and local languages, with a welcoming and professional voice tone. ● Tech Literacy: Ability to handle WhatsApp for business communication, check bank transfer alerts accurately, and use basic smartphone apps. ● Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) Important Security Notice: Because this position involves direct custody of high-value renewable energy equipment and daily sales cash, the successful candidate must provide a verified Statutory Guarantor via the Proxtunity legal verification framework before final placement.
