Job Overview Tolohunni Cleaning Services is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and highly honest Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of giving customers the high-quality wash that keeps them coming back. Key Responsibilities: ● Vehicle Cleaning: Thoroughly wash, rinse, and dry vehicle exteriors, including windows, wheels, rims, and tires. ● Interior Detailing: Vacuum carpets, mats, and seats; wipe down dashboards, doors, and interior surfaces to ensure a spotless finish. ● Customer Service: Welcome customers politely, confirm the type of cleaning service they want, and handle their vehicles with absolute care. ● Asset Care: Safely handle and return any personal items or money found inside customers' cars to the owner or manager. ● Equipment Maintenance: Keep the car wash bays, water hoses, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning chemicals organized, clean, and in good working condition. Requirements & Qualifications: ● Gender: Male (due to the physical nature of the work environment). ● Character Traits: Exceptional honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness (you will have access to expensive vehicles and customers' personal belongings). ● Work Ethic: Strong stamina and a hardworking attitude. You must be comfortable working on your feet and outdoors. ● Experience: Previous experience at a professional car wash or detailing center is an advantage but not mandatory. Willingness to learn is key. ● Communication: Polite and respectful communication skills to interact positively with car owners. ● Salary/Remuneration: Commission-Based (40/60 Split) ●How you earn: You receive 40% of the revenue from every vehicle you wash, while the employer takes 60%. Your total income depends entirely on your hard work and the number of vehicles you clean daily. Important Security Notice: Because you will be handling valuable client assets (vehicles), the successful candidate must provide a verified Statutory Guarantor through the Proxtunity legal screening process before beginning work.
