Job Overview Eva Goddy Ltd is seeking an executive, high-caliber, and strategically minded Company Manager to oversee our complete corporate operations located in the Dan Kano Area, Sango, Saki. As the Company Manager, you will hold the highest administrative authority on-site, taking responsibility for business growth, overall profitability, regulatory compliance, and organization-wide performance. Offering a premium salary of ₦80,000, this role requires an experienced executive who can sustain institutional excellence across demanding operational hours and protect the company's long-term interests. Key Responsibilities ✤ Strategic Oversight: Plan, implement, and direct the overall business strategy of Eva Goddy Ltd to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand market share. ✤ Corporate Governance: Enforce company policies, maintain high operational standards, and ensure the entire business structure complies with legal and safety regulations. ✤ High-Level Financial Management: Review comprehensive financial reports, audit internal accounting systems, approve critical expenditures, and maximize overall profitability. ✤ Human Resource Coordination: Oversee the recruitment, training, evaluation, and discipline of all junior and senior staff members, fostering a high-performance workspace. ✤ Risk & Asset Management: Protect the company’s physical and digital assets by setting up strict anti-theft, maintenance, and data security measures. ✤ Executive Reporting: Act as the primary liaison between local operations and the board of directors/proprietors, delivering detailed weekly and monthly business analytics. Requirements & Qualifications ✤ Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Public Administration, or an equivalent field. ✤ Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in an executive, managerial, or supervisory corporate capacity is mandatory. ✤ Proximity (Crucial): Because this role demands an early 7:30 AM arrival and an 8:00 PM closing time, candidates must live within or very close to the Sango / Dan Kano Area in Saki to facilitate seamless daily transit. Advanced Skills: ✤ Superb problem-solving, negotiation, and high-stakes decision-making abilities. ✤ Strong competency in tracking financial metrics, budgeting, and performance analytics. ✤ Advanced computer literacy, including professional reporting tools, Excel, and corporate communication platforms. ✤ Character: Unwavering integrity, high emotional intelligence, strong authority, and a profound sense of absolute accountability.
