Job description
Job Overview We are looking for a smart, friendly, and honest Sales Girl to manage our retail outlet. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, helping them choose the right accessories for their mobile phones, and accurately processing all financial transactions using our POS terminal. The ideal candidate is someone who is polite, good with numbers, and passionate about technology. Key Responsibilities: ◆ Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting products such as chargers, phone cases, screen guards, earphones, and power banks. ◆ POS Operations: Handle all cash and card transactions, including withdrawals and transfers, ensuring 100% accuracy in every transaction. ◆ Product Knowledge: Learn the features of different accessories to provide the best recommendations to customers. ◆ Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when popular items are running low. ◆ Daily Reporting: Keep a clean and accurate record of all daily sales and POS transactions for reconciliation at the end of the day. ◆ Shop Upkeep: Ensure the display glass and the shop environment are always clean, organized, and attractive. Requirements & Skills: ◆ Integrity: High level of honesty (this is a high-trust role involving cash and electronics). ◆ Basic Numeracy: Must be very good with simple mathematics and calculating change. ◆ Tech Savvy: Ability to operate a smartphone and a POS machine efficiently. ◆ Neatness: A professional and tidy appearance is required at all times. ◆ Experience: Previous experience in a retail shop or POS center is an advantage but not mandatory. Working Conditions: ◆ Hours: [e.g., 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]
